Terms and Conditions:

Non-Transferability: The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions from Caring Skin.
Redemption Period: The trial facial must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Confirmation of Appointment: Our customer representative will contact you to confirm your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
Proof of Payment: Proof of payment must be presented at the time of the appointment.
Online Payment Exclusive: Promotional trial prices are available exclusively for online payments.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 1 day iin advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, the $50 deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for future bookings.
Data Protection: By booking an appointment, you agree to our data protection policy. Your personal information will be used to process your appointment and for other purposes as outlined in our privacy policy.
Health and Safety Compliance: Customers must comply with any health and safety regulations or protocols in place at Caring Skin.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your trial facial, please inform our staff immediately for assistance.
Liability Waiver: Caring Skin is not liable for any adverse reactions or effects resulting from the trial facial. Customers are encouraged to disclose any skin sensitivities or allergies prior to treatment.
Off-Peak Promo: All first trial customers who book an off-peak appointment slot (Weekdays 11am to 5pm, exclude Public Holidays) will enjoy an add-on machine facial treatment worth $188 (choose 1 from 3: LED Therapy, SHR, O2 Mist). This promo is not applicable to Collagen Veil Trial Facial.
