Individuals with severe acne-prone or sensitive skin should avoid this treatment. Additionally, NIR Cell Light is not recommended for those with the following conditions:
- Skin conditions such as eczema, rashes, open wounds, keloids, psoriasis, or vitiligo.
- Individuals undergoing cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy.
- Pregnant women.
- Those on a permanent regimen of anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive medications, including cortisone and glucocorticoids, or blood thinners like marcumar, warfarin, heparin, aspirin, and others.
- Individuals with heart disease or epilepsy.
- Those currently taking Accutane®.
- Anyone who has undergone plastic surgery or filler injections in the target area within the last two weeks.
- Individuals with facial prosthesis implants placed less than 3 to 6 months prior.
- Recent significant sun exposure in the area to be treated within the last two weeks.
- Those with dry and flaky skin.
- Recent hair removal in the treatment area (e.g., waxing) within the last three days.
- It is advised to avoid using products containing Vitamin C, retinol, or acids one week prior to treatment.
