Do I need to make a facial appointment with Caring Skin?

Yes, it is always recommended to make an appointment for your facial appointment and favorably 2 weeks in advance.

How can I make a booking with Caring Skin?

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?

Our Skin consultant will help you plan the best suitable treatment according to your skin condition upon arrival.

What time shall I arrive prior to the booking appointment I have made?

To enhance your Caring Skin Experience with us, please arrive 15 Minutes before scheduled treatment. This allows you to relax and fill out any paperwork that may be required.

Do I need to bring anything?

You do not require to bring anything. A button robe and a pair of cushy slippers will be arranged for your use on our premises.

Do I need to purchase the trial treatment first before coming down for skin analysis?

Our appointment tends to get overwhelming during peak period (Weekdays evening and weekends)  We would advise our first- time clients to purchase the trial treatment first before heading down to the spa.

SPA SERVICES

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

Customers of Caring Skin must be 21 and older to enjoy our services. Customers between age 16 to 20, will require to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Is Caring Skin open to Male Guests as well?

Yes. Males are welcome to enjoy the services provided at Caring Skin.

UPON ARRIVAL

Do I have to disrobe entirely for my facial treatment?

You may be clothed from the waist below during your facial treatment. We do provide button robe for the chest area to be worn during the treatment.

What about my comfort?

Your Caring Skin experience is very important to us. You should be delighted to the fullest. If you experience discomfort during the treatment, please tell the esthetician immediately.

HEALTH QUESTIONS

Should I avoid facial treatments if I am Pregnant?

You may like to check with your gynecologist first. Please let us know if you are pregnant so that our skin consultant can recommend the most suitable prenatal care treatments for you. This will also allow us to take precautionary measures to ensure that you are perfectly safe and pleasant throughout your facial treatment with us.

 

What If I have Special health considerations?

Upon making an appointment with Caring Skin, do let us know if you have any physical ailments or disabilities so that we will be able to cater to your needs.

Do note that we do not have an in-house toilet, it may cause inconvenience to handicap users.

 

SPA POLICIES

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

 Caring Skin reserves the right to reschedule and regard your appointment as Last-minute Cancellation for the arrival of 30 minutes late or more past scheduled appointment time.

 

Will I be pressured to buy packages after treatment?

We do not condone or subject any of our spa guests to any form of pressure-selling. We believe in great performance of our treatments is the main reason why we have attracted strong and loyal customers. We ensure what is best and suitable treatment according to skin conditions and that is what our customers appreciate us.

Is there any difference if I were to buy products onsite vs online?

From time to time we might have only online exclusives 😊

We currently do not ship internationally however if you would like to purchase from other areas of the world, you may get in contact with us through email and we can see what we can do.
