What were the main challenges or concerns you faced with your skin?
I have been struggling with severe acne for years, the cystic acne was unbearable. Everytime I washed my face, it hurts a lot.

I discovered Caring Skin through social media, read a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try.
How was the treatment process? Were the staff attentive and professional?
My Skin Coach, Annie, always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The team is very professional and knowledgeable, and they understand what my skin needs while giving helpful advice on what I should and shouldn’t do. The treatment process was smooth, gentle and painless.
What are some of the noticeable improvements in your skin?
Over the past four months, my skin has become much clearer, softer and more comfortable. Washing my face no longer feels painful like it used to when my skin was extremely dry. I also feel much more confident going out and meeting people now!

How would you describe your overall experience with Caring Skin?
I always look forward to my monthly sessions. Annie is my aesthetician, and she understands my skin condition very well. The environment is also calm, comfortable and relaxing.
