The CSO is the ambassador and advocate of Caring brand. She is responsible for receiving, greeting, identifying queries and needs of customers, providing them with suitable resolution and total customer service. The CSO interacts positively to ensure satisfying experience for the customers

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be integral to the success of Caring Skin throughout this exhilarating expansion phase. Be part of our growth!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers at the front desk with total customer service that delivers Caring Experience
  • Act as an ambassador for Caring brand, projecting the brand image and culture
  • Attend to walk-in and in-coming call/email enquiries professionally
  • Handle all customers’ requests promptly and that they are resolved to customers’ satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction by ensuring delivering of excellent customer service by the team (applicable to senior CSO)
  • Build good rapport and establish good relationships with the customers to achieve high level of customer retention and service experience
  • Keep interactions with customers in a professional and positive manner, with tact and care
  • Be familiar with the products and services to communicate and explain to customers confidently
  • Assist in the performing of skin analysis for customers
  • Follow up with clients on skin conditions, treatment progress and appointment scheduling
  • Handle appointment booking and scheduling for customers efficiently and effectively
  • Work positively and collaboratively as part of a team within the branch and across other functions/departments to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled effectively

What You Need:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience for Junior CSO
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Passion for beauty with skin knowledge is a plus!
  • Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
